The follow up to Forlorn’s celebrated single Forsaken is out and you can listen to it HERE
Colour Lost balances the chaotic with the serene while dealing with the concept of losing one’s passion and sense of purpose, which can leave one feeling lost and nihilistic. The instrumentals reflect this in their balance between crushing riffs and disorientating sections that centre around the ethereal chorus. The song casts a poignant shadow over the theme of hopelessness in an ever busying world. The closing mantra encapsulates it perfectly in that, while constantly looking after
our own selfish desires, in the end, we will all suffer just the same.
Colour Lost has already been added to Spotify playlists like New Blood and Metal UK.
