Hell’s Ditch

Born and raised in the cities across the North East and Midlands, Hell’s Ditch are a new British punk band with “total heart and determination”. Championed by the likes of the BBC Radio 1 Rock Show, Kerrang! Magazine and Radio X, Hell’s Ditch are quickly rising through the ranks as “one of the UK’s most exciting new bands” according to tastemakers Punktastic.

Earning their stripes in the underground touring circuit, the members of Hell’s Ditch met while touring in previous acts well-known in the UK and European punk scene including River Jumpers, Bad Ideas, and Household Name records alumni, Chief.  After sharing stages with the likes of Anti-Flag, H2O and Reel Big Fish, as well as appearing at Download, Groezrock, and Rebellion festivals, the members of Hell’s Ditch came together to set out on an ambitious new project.

Using their 3-minute riff-driven punk songs as their modus operandi, Hell’s Ditch welcome listeners to a world of working class fates, inner-city poverty, alienation, and unflinching resistance.

Releasing four singles over the early stages of the global pandemic, Hell’s Ditch were treated to airplay by Daniel P. Carter on the BBC Radio 1 Rock show, featured in Kerrang! Magazine, on Amazing Radio, and applauded by members of the wider punk community – including Frank Turner who picked them for his personal ‘One Foot Before The Other’ Spotify playlist, and Chris Demakes from Less Than Jake who featured the group on his ‘Chris Demakes A Podcast’ show.

With a busy calendar of touring and festivals ahead, and a burgeoning fan base eager for more music, Hell’s Ditch are polishing up their boots and readying themselves for the start of an exciting journey.

Their first single on Silent Cult, Avarice, is available everywhere now.
